The Investment Horizon

Arteva Capital operates through a closed-end fund structure with an investment horizon of 12 years, extendable by up to two additional years. This framework provides stability and predictability in both investment strategy and cash flow. Furthermore, it protects against short-term pressure and supports long-term value creation.

This structure allows us to invest with focus and actively guide companies in their growth trajectory over several years.
